Client application
Swaasa Natural
Swaasa Office, the business application behind Swaasa Natural, for catalog, warehouse stock, purchasing, shop orders, subscriptions, invoicing, and reporting.
Business context
Swaasa Natural is a client business. Swaasa Office is the web application used to run that business. It is not a product owned by Maitry Techwise, and it is not presented as a public online store.
Problem
A product business has to keep a catalog, warehouse stock, purchasing, shop orders, subscriptions, invoices, and a daily picture of activity in agreement. When those live in separate files, the catalog and the warehouse stop describing the same products.
Solution approach
Swaasa Office puts those operations in one application. The interface is React 19 and TypeScript, built with Vite and Material UI. The service layer is Node.js and Express, with GraphQL through Apollo and data in MongoDB. Payments use Razorpay. Media is stored on Cloudflare R2 and processed with Sharp.

Engineering challenges
One catalog for several operations
Warehouse, purchasing, orders, and subscriptions all refer to the same products. The catalog has to stay understandable to the people running each of those tasks.
Commercial fields stay in the product, not on this website
Price, GST, and cost exist in the application. The public screenshot is cropped to product, category, and kind so those commercial columns are not published here.
Files beside the record
Product media is stored on Cloudflare R2 and processed with Sharp, so images are not left as loose files outside the catalog.

Product catalog cropped to product, category, and kind. Price, GST, and cost are outside this crop.
No sales, growth, or performance figures are published for Swaasa Natural. Customer names, order values, and the warehouse address from the source screens are not shown on this site.
