What this work is
We can design and build product features that use a model for a specific job: drafting a reply, classifying an incoming request, or extracting fields from a document. The feature has to sit inside the workflow, with a clear rule for what happens when the model is wrong.
Offered as engineering work to be scoped. Not presented as a record of completed AI projects.

A chat box on the side of a product is not a workflow, and staff cannot tell when to trust it.
Private data leaves without a decision
Customer or business records are sent to a model before anyone has decided what may be sent.
A demo cannot be operated
The impressive answer has no review step, no record, and no path when the answer is wrong.

Have you shipped AI products?
This service is offered to be scoped. It is not a record of completed AI projects, and the site does not show AI case studies.
Do you train a private model?
Most useful first versions call a model for a narrow task. Training a private model is a different project and is only discussed when the data and the need justify it.
Will customer data be sent to a third-party model?
Only if that is an explicit decision in the project, with a clear statement of what is sent and why. It is not the default.
