This website presents Maitry Techwise, a software business in Surat, Gujarat, India. Reading it does not create a contract for software work.

Services are agreed separately

A project, retainer, or internship starts only with a written agreement that names the scope. Descriptions on this site are an introduction, not an offer with a price, a deadline, or a promise of availability.

We do not offer round-the-clock support unless a written agreement says so. Nothing on this site is that agreement.

Products and client work

Restrowise is a product owned by Maitry Techwise. Its use is governed by the terms on restrowise.com, not by this page.

Swaasa Office is client software described here as a case study. Publishing that description does not transfer the client’s product or data.

Intellectual property

The Maitry Techwise name, logo, and the text and design of this website belong to Maitry Techwise. You may not copy the logo or present our work as your own.

Screenshots of client software are shown with permission to describe the work. They are not a license to reuse that software or those interfaces.

Accuracy

We write the site to be accurate and we correct it when it is not. We do not warrant that every page is free of error, or that a third-party site we link to will remain available.

Case studies do not promise a commercial result. Where we have no verified metric, we do not invent one.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Maitry Techwise is not liable for loss arising only from the use of this informational website. Liability for paid software work is defined in the agreement for that work.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to any right that a statute does not allow us to limit.
